Trial Sessions

Do I need to bring any of my own makeup to my trial/event?

We ask that you bring your own lipstick to finish off your desired look. We come over prepared with our own makeup kits, but feel free to bring any of your favorite products that you might like us to incorporate! Lipstick Brands & Collections we recommend: MAC Lipsticks ($18.50: Online, Two locations in Mayfair Mall) NYX Lip Lingerie Collection ($7: Online, Ulta, Target) NYX Liquid Suede Cream Lipstick ($7, Online, Ulta, Target) MILANI Amore Matte Lip Crème ($9: Online, Ulta, Walmart, CVS)

I'm receiving your services at my location, how should I prepare?

If you are receiving our services at your location, we will set up near a wall outlet (if you are receiving airbrush makeup) where the most natural light is present. We ask that you provide a chair that is comfortable for you & some counter space for our equiptment. If you are unable to provide this, please let us know a head of time so we can plan accordingly.

What do I owe & when is that to be paid?

We will send you a confirmation email that has a detailed invoice of all fees that are due. All fees are due on the date you are recieving our services unless you are a Bride (detailed below). If you are unsure of what direction you should go in regards to our services, we will walk you through the best option specifically for you and determine cost then. Just be sure to bring cash or a check book to ensure we can get you settled appropriately. We also take payments through the VENMO and PAYPAL app. BRIDES: To secure your already reserved spot in our calendar, we will collect your full service fee at the time of your trial.

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept cash, check, or payments through the VENMO and PAYPAL app.

Some people in my party haven't decided if they want to get their makeup done. Can they decide day-of?

Yes. As long as we have a rough idea regarding the amount of people who might want to get their makeup done & plan accordingly, we should be able to accommodate everyone.

I'm unsure what service is best for me but I need a makeup artist for my event, can I still book you?

Of course! If you need a makeup artist for your event but aren't sure what service to go with, simply select the "undecided" option in your inquiry. Durring consultation, we will discuss what is important to you & the look you are going for. We will also ask some questions to get a better understanding of how your skin behaves. From there we will do our part & guide you to the best option unique to you. Again, just be sure to bring cash or a check book to ensure we can get you settled appropriately. We also take payments through the VENMO and PAYPAL app.

Should I buy any makeup to keep along with me for touch-ups?

We never leave the house without a pressed powder & some setting spray, and we suggest you to do the same! We recommend a pressed powder, especially for those who typically have skin that falls on the more oily side. We also recommend purchasing a setting spray to replenish the skin throughout the day/night. If you are recieving a trial, we will go over this in more detail as everyone has unique skin behaviors. If you would like us to stick around for touch-ups, please mention that in your inquiry.
